## What HostSuite Does

HostSuite replaces spreadsheets, OTA-only management, and fragmented tools with a unified platform that handles the complete guest lifecycle:

- **Reservation Management**: Visual calendar with real-time availability, drag-and-drop booking management, multi-property support, and OTA channel integration to prevent double bookings.
- **Guest Management**: Complete guest profiles with KYC document upload, stay history, dietary preferences, persona tagging, blacklist management, and relationship tracking between guests.
- **GST Invoicing**: Auto-generate GST-compliant invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST breakdowns, HSN codes (9963 for hospitality), and PDF export. E-invoicing ready.
- **WhatsApp Business Integration**: Built-in WhatsApp Business API with template messages, broadcast campaigns for bulk promotional messaging, chatbot auto-responder with keyword rules, and a unified inbox with WhatsApp-style chat bubbles.
- **Instagram DMs**: Receive and reply to Instagram Direct Messages in the same unified inbox. Supports Ice Breaker conversation starters and rich Carousel messages.
- **AI Dynamic Pricing**: Claude-powered rate suggestions based on seasonality, day-of-week patterns, local events, and historical occupancy data.
- **AI Lead Extraction**: Paste a WhatsApp enquiry message and AI extracts guest name, dates, budget, headcount, and creates a CRM lead automatically.
- **Guest Portal**: Self-service portal where guests can check-in, upload KYC documents, pre-order meals by dietary preference, make payments, and submit reviews — all from their phone via a unique booking link.
